Legal Registration (UK)

Register GCAB with Companies House. Prepare Memorandum & Articles of Association. Open a UK bank account and complete tax/ICO registration.

Governance & Structure

Form a Board of Directors, Academic Council, and Exam Committee. Develop key policies (Exams, QA, Appeals, Data Protection, Fee Structure).

Academic & Quality Standards

Design syllabus and assessment structure. Develop secure question papers, marking schemes, and certification process. Establish quality assurance and moderation system.

Pakistan Recognition

Submit required documents to Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) for recognition. Sign MOUs with partner schools/centers in Pakistan. Appoint a local representative or office for coordination.

Build a secure online portal for registrations, exams, and results. Ensure compliance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).

Pilot & Launch

Conduct a pilot with a few centers to test operations. Finalize certification and verification system. Officially launch and begin enrolling students.
